The NSF-certified thermometer provides a quick six-second response time with its 1.5 mm tip. Featuring a 4.5-inch stainless steel stem, it is both waterproof and shatterproof for durability and a long service life. Ideal for thin cuts of meat, fish or poultry, the thermometer is made of food-safe ABS plastic and BioCote for sanitary use. It can tolerate high heat and offers data-hold and an on/off button for convenient use.
