The CDN IRL500 – Long Stem Fry Thermometer – 12 inch has a temperature range of 100 to 500 degrees F for outdoor deep frying of poultry. The waterproof thermometer features a 12-inch stem and 1.75-inch dial for added convenience and consistency. It features a laboratory glass lens and stainless steel housing to handle high heat and provide a long service life. Temperature and recalibration guides are conveniently located on the sheath. It provides field calibration for simple use and accuracy. A pocket clip for mounting and adjustable stainless steel clip are included.
