Stainless steel housing provides accurate temperature measuring for temperatures between 130 to 190 degrees F. It provides a convenient temperature guide on the dial and field calibration. The sheath can be used as a handle extension. The thermometer features a pocket clip and food-safe ABS plastic with BioCote on the sheath for sanitary use.
