The CDN IRXL400 – Candy & Deep Fry Thermometer has a temperature range of 100 to 400 degrees F for use in deep fryers or for candy and jelly making. The waterproof thermometer features a 7-inch stem and 1.75-inch dial for added convenience and consistency. It features a polycarbonate lens and stainless steel housing to handle high heat and provide a long service life. It is equipped with a color-coded scale, target range indication and field calibration for simple use and accuracy. A pocket clip for mounting and adjustable stainless steel clip are included.
