The Demarle Flexipan Flexible Molds are a professional range of silicone molds for mini pastries and hors d'oeuvres with precise and detailed shapes, able to withstand in professional kitchens. Manufactured in France, this mold sheet is made of a 100% liquid platinum silicone, with nonstick properties. Highly durable construction allows mold to be used 2000 to 3000 times. Freezer and oven safe, the Flexipan molds have a resistance to temperatures ranging from -40°F to 500°F. Dishwasher safe. NSF certified.
