Prep line productivity is greatly enhanced with Everest’s EPBWR2 food prep table back mount series. Constructed of 16-gauge stainless steel worktops, lids and hoods, the unit includes detachable cutting boards and adjustable polycarbonate food pans. Advanced temperature control options can be achieved with digital controls that have a user-friendly interface. Equipped with a fully self-contained and detachable condensing unit, which uses natural, environmentally friendly, EPA-compliant R290 refrigerant, is easily replaceable and requires no on-site brazing. Pressure relief devices allow smooth access to the interior when re-opening doors. The large capacity condenser and evaporator coils resist corrosion, while the condensate drain pan is self-maintaining, energy efficient and requires no external drains or electric heaters.
