The Globe GIR18 ceramic countertop induction range offers powerful cooking and warming capability in a compact, countertop-friendly package. This flameless range is safe for continuous use, and has a heat range of 140°F to 460°F across 7 power levels. It's also easy to use thanks to intuitive touch pad controls and an easy-to-read 4-digit LED display.
The stainless steel construction ensures durability and the adjustable feet allow for leveling the unit when moving around your facilities.
Packed with safety features, this unit features pan detetion, to ensure proper cookware is placed on the cooktop, automatic shut off when the timer reaches "0", and over-heat protection where the unit shuts off it it senses the pan overheating.
With all these features, it's also suited just as well for back-of-house use as it is for front-of-house demonstrations and on-the-spot catering applications.
Ensure an induction-ready pan is used with this countertop induction rage. Suitable cookweare includes steel, cast iron, enameled cast iron, stainless steel, and aluminum pans makred as suitable for induction cooking. Use with flat-bottom pots and pans with diameters between 4 3/4" to 10 1/4".
