With the Globe GSM130 130-Pound Spiral Dough Mixer, dough preparation is quick with larger yields possible. This floor mixer is equipped with a durable stainless steel bowl, as well as a reinforced dough hook. A bowl guard provides safe use while the 3/4 horsepower motor rotates the bowl. The hook is operated with a 2 horsepower/4 horsepower motor to handle high volume. The mixer is constructed of sturdy metal for a long service life.
