The Globe GSM175 175-Pound Spiral Dough Mixer is designed to make large dough batches. This floor mixer's bowl rotates with a 3/4 horsepower motor, and a two-speed 3-1/4 horsepower/6 horsepower motor rotates the hook. A bowl guard is included for added safety. Two twenty-minute timers shift the mixer from first to second speed automatically for added versatility and efficiency. Its all metal construction provides years of reliable use.
