This stainless steel disher bowl was created for extended durability and long disher life. It features a 4.66 ounce bowl with a white ergo handle. A heavy duty stainless steel spring allows for ease of operation and long lasting durability. Its Sure Grip handle is made of tough, high-impact plastic. The dishers in this line are color coded which allows for instant identification and improved service. Microban Antimicrobial protection is built into the handle to keep it clean between washings. Microban protection inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, and fungus that causes stains and odors. For the life of the disher, it will provide continuous protection against microorganisms. The end of each handle is notched to let users rest the disher on the food pan without worrying about slipping. The ergonomic handle is shaped for a comfortable grip, and is thoughtfully designed to reduce hand and arm fatigue. Each handle comes with the capacity of the disher clearly molded into it so there is never a question about which size is being used. The disher comes with a two-year parts and labor warranty and is NSF Listed. Normal cleaning practices should be maintained. Does not protect users against food borne illness.
