This 3.19 ounce stainless steel disher bowl with a ivory handle was created for durability and long life. It features a heavy duty stainless steel spring that allows for ease of operation and long lasting durability. The Sure Grip handle is made of tough, high-impact plastic. Each disher in this line is color coded to ensure instant identification and improved service. Microban Antimicrobial protection is built into the handle to help it stay cleaner between washings. Microban protection inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, and fungus that can cause stains and odors. For the entire life of the disher, it will provide continuous protection against microorganisms. Each handle is notched to let users rest the disher on the food pan without worrying about slipping. The ergonomic handle is shaped for a comfortable grip for users, and is thoughtfully designed to reduce hand and arm fatigue.
