This 2.78 ounce stainless steel disher bowl with a green ergo handle was created for high durability and long life. A heavy duty stainless steel spring allows for ease of operation and long lasting operation. The Sure Grip handle is constructed of tough, high-impact plastic. The dishers in this line are color coded for instant identification and high service. Microban Antimicrobial protection is built into the handle to keep it cleaner between washings. Microban protection inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, and fungus that can lead to stains and odors. For the life of the disher, it will provide constant protection against microorganisms. The end of the disher handle is notched to enable users to rest the disher on the food pan without worrying about it slipping. The ergonomic handle is shaped for a comfortable grip, and is thoughtfully designed to reduce hand and arm fatigue. Each handle comes with the capacity of the disher molded into it so there is never a question about which size is being used. A two-year parts and labor warranty comes standard and the product is NSF Listed . Normal cleaning practices should be maintained. This disher doesn't protect users against food borne illness.
