This 2.07 stainless steel disher bowl was created for extended durability and long disher life. A heavy duty stainless steel spring allows for ease of operation and long lasting durability. The Sure Grip handle is made of sturdy, high-impact plastic. The dishers in the line are color coded for instant identification and improved service. Microban Antimicrobial protection is built into the handle to keep it cleaner between washings. Microban will inhibit the growth of bacteria, mold, and fungus that causes stains and odors. For the life of the disher, there will be continuous protection against microorganisms. At the end of each handle there is a notch to let users rest the disher on the food pan without worrying about slippage. The ergonomic handle is shaped for comfort; it is thoughtfully designed to reduce hand and arm fatigue. Every handle comes with the capacity of the disher clearly molded into it so there is never a question about which size is being used. There is a two-year parts and labor warranty included. The product is NSF Listed. Please maintain normal cleaning practices. The disher does not protect its users against food borne illness.
