The Ice-O-Matic CIM0520FW Elevation Series water cooled ice machine is 22 inches wide and produces up to 586 pounds of ice per day. With antimicrobial protection on key components, the unit provides added safety measures for use. The ice maker is equipped with the Universal Smart Harness system that is easily accessible and provides digital diagnostics. It runs on 115V and utilizes R404A refrigerant. Food zone components are constructed of BPA-free plastic and can be recycled and cleaned in the dishwasher. The unit utilizes 20 gallons of water and 4.7 kWh of power per 100 pounds of ice. Stress on the gear box is monitored by the SystemSafe Load Monitoring System.
