Its key components feature antimicrobial protection for added safety. The unit is equipped with the Universal Smart Harness system that is easily accessible and provides digital diagnostics. It runs on 115V and utilizes R404A refrigerant. Food zone components are constructed of BPA-free plastic and can be recycled and cleaned in the dishwasher. It utilizes 20 gallons of water and 4.7 kWh per 100 pounds of ice. It is ideal for any operation seeking accessible, quick ice production.
