Built on a welded steel frame, this unit has a generous 60-inch-wide by 23-inch-deep steel griddle with embedded sensors and solid state thermostats that create five individually controlled cook zones. The unit sits on adjustable legs that can be between 1 and 5/8 inches to 4 inches long. The stainless steel components help it fight the corrosion that ends the useful life of operating griddles. The unit is 16.4 inches high, 60 inches wide and 30.4 inches deep.
