Exopan Bread Molds are constructed of fine steel with a commercial-grade nonstick interior coating and an enameled exterior for extra durability. Copper wire is rolled into the pan rim for high-performance heat distribution. Achieves clean edges, even baking, and beautiful browning. Oven and Freezer safe with a heat range of -4°F to 482°F.
