Matfer Bourgeat 73141 Countertop Manual Imperia 150 Pasta Machine measures 7-1/2 inches by 7 inches by 6-1/3 inches. Designed for countertop use, the machine includes one smooth fixed cutter, one detachable double cutter, one 2mm fettuccine and one 6.5mm tagliatelle. The manual machine features push button adjustable thickness. It is equipped with durable chrome plated steel rollers for a long service life.
