Matfer Bourgeat’s Exoglass®® Baba Molds are perfect for baking traditional rum baba and Dariole cakes, as well as a variety of custards, mousses, cakes, and other products. mold packs are available in 5 sizes, with each pack sold separately. Manufactured in France, these molds are comprised of Exoglass®®, a proprietary composite material developed by Matfer. This material is non-porous, easy to clean and sterilize, and will not deteriorate or deform over time. Naturally non-stick and heat resistant to 430° F. Pack of 6. NSF certified and dishwasher safe.
