The Matfer Bourgeat Exoglass Bread Mold is a high-performance bread mold, made of Matfer’s Exoglass material, guaranteeing a homogeneous bake and color. Its narrow design gives a taller, more rounded outcome ensuring a more professional shape and edges. Manufactured in France, Matfer's Exoglass material is a patented polyamide material developed by Matfer that is highly durable, nonstick, non-porous and easy to sterilize. Its nonstick surface eliminates greasing resulting in a clean release of pastry. Exoglass further ensures durability that will withstand heavy use in professional kitchens. Freezer and oven safe, Exoglass molds have a resistance to temperatures ranging from -4°F to 482°F. Dishwasher safe. NSF Certified. Available in a choice of 4 sizes; each is sold separately.
