Matfer Bourgeat Exopan Brioche Molds are designed for perfect heat distribution and easy product removal, for consistent, quality and replicable results in commercial bakeries. Pack of 25. Classic 12-fluted design for traditional brioches, as well as tart shells, savory breads, and much more. Mold is available in 6 sizes, each pack sold separately. Manufactured in France, Matfer’s Exopan design is comprised of a fine steel frame with a commercial-grade nonstick interior and a protective enamel exterior to avoid rust, dents, and scratches. NSF certified and dishwasher safe.
