Replacement pack of 250 sharp Bread Lame Blades for the Matfer Bourgeat Lam’plus Baker’s Blade. The Lam'plus Baker's Blade, also known as a bread lame, is an ideal baker’s companion for scoring artisan loaves, sourdough breads, baguettes, and more. Easily replaceable blades keep your scoring sharp. Manufactured in France, this blade was designed in collaboration with master baker Jean-Christian Horel, with a special stainless steel holder that can be turned in all directions so the four corners of each blade can be used and to best suit the hand and movement of each baker. Flat head prevents excess stuck dough. Secure blade cover protects all four corners when not in use.
