This natural boar’s hair brush holds and distributes melted butter, glazes, sauces, and more evenly and consistently. Manufactured in France, bristles are heat sealed into a durable Exoglass®® collar and handle, free of seams and rivets, which prevents bristles from falling out. Bristles and body are temperature resistant up to 482°F for use in high-heat environments. NSF certified and dishwasher safe. For best performance, soak your new Matfer Natural Flat Pastry brush in warm water for 1 hour before first use. This brush is available in 8 sizes, as well as a rounded brush head, each sold separately.
