Constructed entirely of high quality stainless steel, the Mandoline breaks down without tools to easily pass through the dishwasher. High quality stainless steel blades stay sharper longer, and can be dialed precisely to cut slices as thin as 10mm. Complete set includes steel safety pusher and three additional blades for julienne at 3, 5, and 10mm.
