With its 2.5 inch thick, high-density fiberglass insulation, this holding cabinet preserves the food's quality and temperature by ceaselessly checking and controlling the inner temperature. It also uses a one of a kind airflow plan that channels the hot air to the bottom of the cabinet and over the passive humidity pan. Subsequently, the hot air rises naturally and won't blow on the food. The Insulated Reach-In Holding Cabinet is an incredible way to keep food at the correct temperature without stressing about the utmost changes in food quality.
