This high performance insulated cabinet keeps a precise temperature and humidity control to maintain quality by continuously monitoring and controlling internal cabinet temperature and relative humidity levels. To stand out from other insulated cabinets, it uses a specific airflow design to deliver the correct temperature throughout the cabinet by channeling hot air to the bottom of the cabinet and over the passive humidity pan. The hot air will never blow over the food, and everything will stay at the correct temperature it must have.
