Items are easily loaded and unloaded via fixed lip-load slides that help boost the efficiency of your operation.

- Bottom-mounted refrigerated cassette with R134a refrigerant and 1/3 hp compressor
- Operating temperature from 33-40 degrees Fahrenheit with a 30 minute pre-cooling time
- Simple electronic controls with analog thermometer mounted on the door
- Holds 12" x 20" steam pans, or GN pans on 1.65" spacing
- Heavy duty 6" plate-mounted casters with 2" tread width (2 swivel, 2 swivel with brake)
