This fryer boasts one sturdy frypot with a 30-pound oil capacity - perfect for cooking up batches of French fries, onion rings, and other customer favorite snacks and sides. This single-well unit comes with 2 baskets to be used side-by-side while cooking.

This Star-Max fryer has a stainless steel body and a nickel-plated steel kettle. With a durable exterior and heavy-duty control knob, this unit is also sure to last through countless happy customers served.

This unit features immersion heating elements that swing up for easy cleaning. Temperature is managed by a precise snap-action thermostatic control with a heat range of 200 - 375° F. The unit also has a safety shutoff if the fat temperatures reach 450°F (230°C). The fat temperature must cool to 400°F (202.4°C) and the manual reset button located on the back panel of the control housing must be pressed to restore operation. 

This electric countertop fryer is set up to hard wire and does not include a cord or plug. Can be wired single or three phase. This unit comes with a 2-year warranty for parts and labor. This Star fryer is proudly Make in America.
