The Star 636MF gas griddle features a 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate and is available in 15-, 24-, 36- and 48-inch width options. Providing 28,300 BTU of heating power per burner, the griddle is equipped with an aluminized burner every 12 inches. For fast heat recovery, the temperature can be adjusted from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit is constructed of durable stainless steel with double wall aluminized steel side panels for a long service life.
