The Star 748TCHSA Ultra-Max 48 inch Snap Action thermostatic griddle with 1 inch plate is designed for countertop use. It has a 48-inch wide by 24-inch deep cooking surface, along with a 1-inch thick chrome griddle plate. The snap action thermostat provides temperatures between 150 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit, with a 4350 watt element every 12 inches. The griddle also features a 5-inch tapered wrap-around splash guard, 3-1/2-inch front grease trough, 6-quart grease drawer and heavy-duty metal knobs. It is constructed of a welded steel frame with stainless steel exterior.
