The Star 8160RCBB gas charbroiler is designed for a wide range of menu items, including meats of all types. It features 20,000 BTUs and durable iron grates every 6 inches of width with individual controls. Grates can be individually positioned flat or slanted to handle a wide range of broiling needs. The radiant style, charboiler provides more heat than traditional cast iron radiants. Its stainless steel front, sides, bullnose and 5 inch wraparound splashguard provide a long service life.
