The Star 824MA 24 inch Ultra-Max gas griddle has a 1 inch thick polished steel griddle plate and individual manual controls. It features a stainless steel front, sides and bullnose and metal knobs for a long service life. Its temperature range is between 150 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit for versatile use. The griddle includes a 5 inch stainless steel splashguard, 6 quart grease drawer and a standing pilot. There are two burners that provide 60,000 BTUs.
