The Star 824TA commercial gas griddle features a Euro-style design that protects the controls. Individual thermostatic controls are located within every 12 inches of grill space. The griddle's thermostat is adjustable from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Faster recovery and consistent cooking temperatures are ensured due to the 1 inch thick polished steel griddle plate. The griddle also features a spatula-sized front grease trough and grease chute and 6 quart stainless steel grease drawer.
