The Star Ultra-Max 848TA 48 inch thermostatic gas griddle with 1 inch plate has a 1 inch thick griddle plate. Temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit are achieved with thermostat located every 12 inches. The griddle is constructed of durable stainless steel for a long service life. It features a spatula wide grease trough, 6 quart grease drawer and adjustable legs.
