The Star Ultra-Max 860TA 60 inch thermostatic gas griddle with 1 inch plate features plate sensors across the 60 inch surface for consistency and fast response. Temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit are achieved with an embedded mechanical snap-action thermostat and 30,000 BTUs every 12 inches. The griddle also includes a cool to the touch front, spatula wide front grease trough, heavy-duty metal knobs and standing pilot.
