The Star 860TCHSA Ultra-Max 60 inch Snap Action thermostatic gas griddle with 1 inch plate is designed for countertop use. The cooking surface measures 60 inches wide by 24 inches deep with a 1 inch thick T1 steel hexavalent chrome griddle plate. Temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit are achieved with an embedded mechanical snap-action thermostat located every 12 inches. The griddle also includes a 4-3/8 inch tapered wrap-around splash guard, 3-1/2 inch front grease trough, heavy-duty metal knobs and standing pilot.
