The Star Ultra-Max 872TA 72 inch thermostatic gas griddle with 1 inch plate is designed for high volume use. Temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit are achieved with throttling controls located every 12 inches. The griddle also includes a cool to the touch front, heavy-duty metal knobs and standing pilot. It is constructed of durable stainless steel for a long service life.
