The Thunder Group ALSKSP106 Stock Pot Cover measures 14 3/8 inches in diameter by 1-1/4 inch high. This stock pot lid fits ALSKSP006 and ALSKSP606 32-quart stock pots for versatile use in the back of house. Constructed of durable aluminum for a long service life, the stock pot lid is ideal for high volume use. It is 1.5mm thick so it will remain usable for years to come. The lid keeps temperatures consistent within the stock pot, while keeping splatters and spills to a minimum. The lid is easily and quickly cleaned, as it is dishwasher safe. Any type of food is safe for use with the stock potlid, since it is NSF certified. Stock pots are staple cookware for commercial kitchens and a secure fitting lid is a must have to get the full use out of the pot.
