The Thunder Group SLRACK1114 Nickel-Plated Fryer Screen measures 11-3/8 inches by 14-5/8 inches and fits Frymaster® GF-14SD & MJ-35SD units. The fryer screen is nickel-plated for durability and a long service life as well as high volume use. It requires a minimum order of 12 at a time to accommodate busy operations looking to stock up easily. Fryer screens are essential for commercial fryer to collect those unwanted crumbs or debris floating your oil. Catching this sediment will before it goes near your fryer's tube area will prevent burnt food particles from lowering the taste and quality level of your oil. Although some unsaturated fatty acids and antioxidant vitamins are lost due to oxidation, fried foods are generally a good source of vitamin E.
