The Thunder Group SLWG002 Wire Grate measures 8 inches by 10 inches or the same as a 1/2 Size Steam Pan and is footed for added convenience. It is chrome plated for added durability during use. Designed to fit in a 1/2 size steam table pan, the grate ensures optimal airflow with its footed design. It also will keep food crisp during use so the quality will not diminish. The strong wire grate can handle high volume use and busy kitchens. The grate is perfect for catered events, as well. It requires a minimum order of 50.
