It is constructed of durable 18/8, 24 gauge stainless steel for a long service life and high volume use. The steam table's perforated design can quickly and easily drain liquids when needed. Whether designated for banquets, catering or any large-scale serving application, this steam table pan includes an anti-jam feature that keeps pans from sticking together during use. It is NSF certified for safe use with any food item. Made in China, this steam table pan requires a minimum order of six at a time so busy operations can easily stock up when needed. Steam table pans are also called hotel pans and are staples for warming and serving hot food. These are available in a wide range of sizes and formats and designated for use within a steam table or hot food table.
