Toastmaster manual gas griddle features a smooth 3/4 IN thick polished steel plate. This manual griddle is designed with 1/4 turn manual control and a standing pilot for easy use. This thermostat griddle features a throttling thermostat that adjusts from 150°- 450°F. It has a 24 inch wide cooking surface. With high performance 40,000 BTU aluminized steel “U” shape burners every 12 IN, it performs when needed. The griddle includes a spatula wide 3-1/4 IN front grease trough and grease chute. It has a durable stainless steel front panel, bull nose and grease drawer for a long service life.
