Toastmaster manual gas griddle features a smooth 3/4 IN thick polished steel plate. This medium duty griddle features a throttling thermostat that adjusts from 150 degree - 450 degree F. It has a 36 IN cooking surface for added versatility. With high performance 60,000 BTU burners every 12 inches, it performs when needed. The griddle includes a spatula wide 3-1/4 IN front grease trough and grease chute. It has a durable stainless steel front panel, bull nose and grease drawer for a long service life. The rear and sides are made of aluminized steel that resists dents and pits.
