The Turbo Air ER72-3-N-V E-Line Reach-In Refrigerator measures 77 3/4" W and has 65.8 cu ft of space for versatile use with a wide range of products. The unit has 3 solid doors with magnetic door gaskets and locks that has foamed-in-place, high density polyethylene insulation that is CFC free for temperature consistency and energy efficiency. LED lighting on the interior provides added visibility to the reach-in's contents.
The Reach-In Refrigerator's self-contained refrigeration system utilizes environmentally friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Minimal maintenance is needed, since both the hot gas condensate system and the condensate system surfaces are specially treated to keep corrosion at bay. The Reach-In Refrigerator's cabinet has foamed-in-place, high density insulation that is CFC free and made of polyurethane for added durability and temperature consistency.
This unit is constructed of mostly aluminum on the outside with a galvanized steel top, back, and bottom, while the inside primarily consists of stainless steel with aluminum inside walls and door liners. Cleaning and transport are made easier with 4" diameter swivel casters.
This Reach-In Refrigerator maintains temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees F to keep perishable food at proper temperatures prior to prep and cooking. The Reach-In Refrigerator runs on 115v, 60 Hz, 1-phase and 5.6 Amps for 1/2 hp and has a 9 ft power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. This reach-in is ideal to use in any type of restaurant, from casual cafes to formal white tablecloth restaurants. Everything from meat to produce to preprepared items can be stored in this unit.
