Safety reinforced tempered glass on the front shield and top display case optimizes the merchandiser’s display effects of fresh salads, sandwiches, desserts and beverages. A stainless steel interior comes standard and includes back wall and deck pans. Stainless steel solid shelves come standard as well. The unit includes a back-guard that improves airflow, and it is foamed with polyurethane, high-density cell insulation (CFC free. Its perforated interior back wall and top help to improve airflow. This unit has front air intake and rear air discharge. TOM models are designed to operate in an environment where temperature and humidity do not exceed 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 55% respectively. Air curtain models will run most efficiently when completely loaded with product. When used as a built-in, required clearance for the rear is 4 inches and the top is 5 inches. * Night Cover (NCT) is not applicable to TOM-W models.
