The Self-Cleaning Condenser device in this Turbo Air TPR-44SD-N 44" Super Deluxe Refrigerated Pizza Prep Table keeps the condenser clean and prevents system failure by automatically brushing daily. With innovative and eco-friendly technology, Turbo Air brings you hydrocarbon refrigerators designed to meet DOE's Energy Conservation Standards in 2017 and to use EPA's SNAP Program approved HC refrigerants. Hydrocarbon refrigerants are more environmentally friendly (ODP-0, GWP-3). Turbo Air's innovative forced air system allows cold air to flow all around the food pan area, covering not only underneath the pan, but also to the from, top, and the rear. This unique air flow creates a cold air-shield around the pan, which maintains the food temperature under 41 degrees Fahrenheit (NSF requirement) even when the lids are opened. The Turbo Air Super Deluxe model boasts a stainless steel interior and exterior (galvanized steel back and bottom). This promotes the utmost in cleanliness and long product life. The Super Deluxe can add a touch of style to the most refined setting. The included cutting board is 19-1/4 inches deep and 1/2 inch thick to provide ample working space, and is made of easy to use and sanitize LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene). The new side rail cutting board bracket makes it easy to secure and remove the cutting board. Other features include LED interior lighting, fan control, an insulated pan cover, and a side mount compressor unit. With compressors positioned on the side of the unit, the refrigerator can be serviced without being moved. The innovative front breathing feature also allows this model to be highly efficient in narrow spaces. The entire cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed-in-place using high density, CFC free polyurethane insulation. This refrigerator holds 33 degrees Fahrenheit - 41 degrees Fahrenheit for the best in food preservation. Standard 1/3 size, 6 inch deep condiment pans are included.
