The grinder’s ¾ HP, two-pole, high-speed induction motor can handle hard cheeses and chocolate, coffee beans, celery and mustard seeds, peppercorns and more. Operation is fast, yet quiet. The bowls, blades and covers are all dishwasher safe. Garlic, onions and leafy herbs are handled by the chopping assembly and its ¾-quart see-through work bowl with two-blade hub. The grinding assembly has a ¾-quart, see-through work bowl with cover and a three-blade hub.
