The extra-wide 12-inch blade is constructed of tempered, hard chrome to hold a sharp edge for precision slicing time after time. Adjustable to slice thicknesses from 0 to .59 inches, the blade accommodates a wide variety of foods, turning out perfect slices. Cleanup is easy due to the tilt-out carriage design. Constructed of a cast aluminum base and carriage, the slicer is belt-driven with a fixed blade. The high-efficiency ventilated induction motor is quiet and won’t overheat during use.
