Liquids and liquid-rich foods can be easily packaged with Waring’s chamber vacuum sealing system. Fresh meats, soups, marinades and stews can now be easily frozen or refrigerated in vacuum-sealed pouches, then boiled or heated in the microwave for use. With this process, a food-filled pouch is placed in the chamber, the vacuum seal button is pressed and the 11-inch seal bar double seals the pouch. This guarantees a long lasting seal. The unit is comprised of a stainless steel 2-gallon chamber with see-through lid and ergonomic handle. It provides user-friendly touchpads controls that are easy to clean. A marinating function infuses meats, fruits and vegetables with flavor.
