Cleaning is a breeze with the removable stainless steel tank and hinged heating element. Variable temperature controls up to 390 degrees F makes this a great unit for catering operations. A 30-minute timer is included for seamless frying. The fryer includes two half-size baskets and one full-size basket to handle loads of all sizes. Both are made of solid stainless steel wire mesh and include removable handles. One night cover also is included with the unit.
